OMLI Classroom Observation Protocol
Description
The OMLI Classroom Observation Protocol is used in the Oregon Mathematics Leadership Institute project to document the quantity and quality of mathematical discourse that takes place among K-12 students during classroom observations. The data is used for research that investigates the question: Can student achievement in mathematics be significantly improved by increasing the quantity and quality of meaningful mathematical discourse in mathematics classrooms?Copyright © 2005 by Dave Weaver, Tom Dick, Karen Higgins, Karen Marrongelle, Linda Foreman, Nicole Miller & Rigelman and RMC Research Corporation.
